xpate has also introduced a fully integrated dispute workflow within its merchant portal. Merchants can now manage every stage of a dispute in one place, from reviewing new chargebacks and collaboration requests to submitting evidence or accepting liability. The system supports automatic email alerts for new disputes, helping merchants respond within strict timeframes and maintain healthy performance metrics with acquirers and card schemes. Larger merchants can also feed these notifications directly into their internal automation processes to ensure faster handling at scale.
